Exton, PA, 11/1/2015 (Rating B)
Anonymous: Great location in a "town center" type of mall next to high end stores. Visited at 3pm on Saturday. Store was very clean and moderately crowded. Has a loft or industrial look and feel. No clutter on the walls, in fact they had large pictures of art work that was painted by local artists and for sale. Food was great and staff was courteous. They even asked if I had a question when they saw me taking pictures! Cosi served the Brazilian Steak Bowl in a salad bowl. Displayed in poster as being served in an oval bowl. Still better than Chipotle.
Noticed an older couple came in an had difficulty seeing the menu, the staff promptly handed them a paper menu to read. My wife did say the bathroom was gross. Fountain drink station located in back of store.
Jennifer's (11/4/2015) last stop in Pennsylvania was Exton, which was well located on a pseudo-urban tree-lined “main street” with parallel parking on one side and a large parking lot on the other. Her rating is consistent with the anonymous reviewer.
-
The store was big and it flowed more like the urban stores, with order and pickup at the counter as opposed to the number card system.
-
The chairs looked a little better than some of the other PA stores.
-
The floors were concrete and looked a bit more modern & durable.
-
The registers were cluttered.
-
Give it a B.
