Chicago

Kohl's Children Musuem (2/1/2015, Rating B)

Chicago area. Glenview. Solid B. Clean, no clutter but dining room was dark. Inside a kids museum. Packed at 2 on Sunday. Menu boards look good.

NW Memorial Hospital (12/2/2015, Rating A)

The location looks amazing. Have a great black and white poster as you walk in of the original Cosi parisian cafe. Staff was very friendly despite a huge group of med students coming down (10+) and slamming them with free coffee orders. Location was very busy at 12:30 but still had avg. serve times in the 2-3m range. Only questionable things I saw were a bit of order confusion (no signage to denote where to order salads vs. soups/sandwiches; instead had a staff member constantly asking guests if they were all ordering salads), decent amount of clutter at the register, and then saw a guest having to bag their own food to go. The order takers didn't ask for here or to go, they gave everyone the order as if it were 'for here'. Other than that the location was awesome. Bright, clean, smelled great, food was tasty, no mutterings of dissatisfaction from guests.

As a note, this location is part of the NW Hospital Campus Pavilion. It is also adjacent to a Lyfe Kitchen (another fast/healthy casual concept) and there is also an Au Bon Pain in the pavilion. I was in a rush today but when I visit again I'll check traffic at the other two restaurants as a comparison.
Across the street is another pavilion with multiple fast casual restaurants including Protein Bar and another ABP.

@rjdourney If all $COSI locations were like the NEMO Chicago one I'd have no complaints. Greenfield opp. is there but must fix legacy issues
