It was almost entirely empty with a few people coming in and out as I was there at 7:45pm. This doesn't necessarily say much because Rosslyn in general is pretty dead at this hour once the business day is over.
The service was again a little slower than I'd expect but nothing ridiculous.
The store could use some touch up paint as there are quite a few areas where there are small chips in the wall.
There were a few boxes on top of the garbage can area that aren't in the way, but could find a less visible home. There was a few signs in the doorway, and the counter is a bit crowded. However overall it's clean.
It is in a fairly central location, across from new commercial and residential construction.
There is a bus stop in front where there are tables.
Overall rating: Still a B. Not bad, not the completely refreshed product yet.
